Rick L. McAvene, the principal and owner of River Valley Surveying is a licensed Indiana Professional Land Surveyor and a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors and Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Rick has been involved in land surveying and land development for over forty (40) years.
